Even though it is rare we see issues, it is important to have a plan in case it happens. With Express Replacement, if you have an issue which slows down your flow of operations, we will ship a Jooltool machine to you. All you need to do is put the old one in the box and ship it back. We will also replace any abrasives that have been accidentally damaged (such as cutting the outer edge when sharpening) during normal use. Simply email us a picture and a new abrasive will be on its way.
